Let me start..

Hi people ! It's me Kim. If you don't know who i am but somehow u got to this website i created , I must have been doing something right hah! xD You don't have to know anything about me though, just keep in mind i call myself a "musicomaniac". That should be enough.

Well let's talk about this blog first ( before we get to the main point ..long way to go.. be patient with my writing skills please .. :P )

Ok so THIS BLOG ..

It's a tab on my website (obviously thats how you got here) It's a secret place for me to be me, be informal, using my daily way of talking to communicate with you guys.So don't mind the unprofessionalism of these posts okay! (DEALT! YAYYYY )

That's a good start. Now i can write without worrying. Phewwzz.. So guys, firstly I want to thank you all who have helped me with your talent and your inspirations, you all have motivated me to bring this idea into life ( i mean the website is working so we've got to a certain good point ..havent we? )

Secondly, if you are just a passenger, don't be one!! Join us, you have all we need! We need not just singers and audiences, we need guitarists!! I mean any kind of music-lovers.Also photographers, videographers, volunteers..as many as we can get!!

Most importantly, we need "smilers", enthusiastists , or simply someone who loves spontaneity and love it when they say : "That's so, like, totally random".

I mean, talk to me! Talk to us! Tell us what you think, tell us what you can bring , advise us of what we should do, inspire us, come at me with your ideas!

Let's connect! That's all this project is about. It's a platform to connect all the musiclovers out there, firstly let's focus on the Vietnamese market because that's a great start. Talking about studying abroad, Taylor Swift has written exactly what i feel about it :

" We're happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time"

So yeah, let's be all together enjoying those feels!

The V Project at first was just an idea made for the module "Enterprise" that I am studying in my last year of Media & Communications in Birmingham City University.

Yes ! It started as just an idea xD thats why I want to make it sound as "WOW" as possible haha( i mean i didnt really care about the difficulties of making the website and recruiting artists and this,and that at first). "Enterprise" is a module when we are required to be creative an have a media-related business idea, research and create a business plan for it.

HOWEVER , the more I am engaged to this idea, the more I feel like I truly belong to it haha. So i made it the final production project for my Media course ! Yes ! Let's do this ! Why not.. (So bear in mind, you're helping a student who desperately need good marks !! HAHA jokeeeees, it's all about the passion and the knowledge, experiences we're having here right )

The moment when i realized i seriously wanted to make this plan a real thing was after i clicked "Submit" for my Enterprise's Assignment 1. It felt like someone (Kimmyversion2 maybe haha) whispering into my ear:

" Man, you are in love with this! Just make it your final project already.

Do think carefully about it though. "Enterprise" is about having an idea and research about the market for it and stuff, when Production Project is about transfering that idea to real events, real website, which basically mean you have to be ready to be judged by people and accept the fact that, sometimes, people don't care. Think about some of the failures you've had while doing events in the past as well Kimm Kimm.. Tough one.. Well, being risky is always a part on the way getting to success. and remember, you have the passion ! "

It was the 5th of November when i submitted that assignment. I woke up the next day and started thinking about the website immediately. I couldnt choose the website builders at first. I researched and it came with too many options: squarespace, weebly, jimdo,etc.. they are all so pretty! After some trials on different platforms, I've chosen Wix. I can say now that I'm 100% happy with that decision <3 It's been one month and here I am, writing blog posts on The V Project's website, haha interesting ! not being overconfident but yeah ! Its going how i want it to:) Check the artists tab, ive managed to asked those talented people to join us , check them out !! They are awesome <3 Sharing a little confession, there was a point that i added like more than 5 people who dont know me at the same time on facebook ! Those awkward feelings though haha.. I felt like a creepy stalker ! Thank godddd , music does create a good effect in term of connecting people ! Yeah ! Lame, and proud, at the same time hahaaa.. thank you friendly people x Hope we'll create great memories together :)

Yeah so i guess that's how it all started. Ive been sharing too much haha ! Don't worry I'll be writing everyday to update you guys of how the project is going..( and what it is about, if some of you are still not sure ..check my website though ,okay ! Dont stay in this tab reading my thoughts you stalker ! haha)
